Had a complaint against Black Horse Finance since Nov 07.

The ombudsmans adjudictor deemed in my favour, but Black Horse simply rejected his claim, so now its gone to the Ombudsman.

I don't know what he does, but he does it slowly thats for sure.

How hard can it be to send a letter "Dear Black Horse, My adjudicator deemed in favour of Mr (me) and I agree, you were wrong to mi-sell, pay up or else"?

But apparently, its in a pile with ALL the other complaints that need a decision by the Ombudsman.

Whats the point of having any adjudicators if the company simply rejects them?

I would complain, but who to?

I think your next step is your local MP. Hopefully, someone else will pop in with other ideas. :)

The Ombudsman is apparently incredibly busy at the moment, lots of people are like you waiting a decision. Sorry I cant offer any other advice.

I would have thought that this is just the normal process of the complaints procedure with the FOS. Black horse would have the right to appeal

I would also be very confident that the adjudicator has filed in your favour.:D

When it goes in front of the Ombudsman and he files in your favour, he will make them pay up.:D

Unfortuneately these procedures do not happen overnight, due to the bombardment of complaints to the FOS, but you are on the right side of it now and so close:D

Thanks m8.

By the way, what is that in your picture?

Just for a moment I though.....never mind, I think I need glasses

Hiya WW,

What did you think was in my picture??????

The picture is of my pet ferret, she lives in the garage and runs wild in the garden.

She is akin to me and my username, very sweet, likes a pat, quite biddable, but annoy her, by not playing fairly and she will rip your throat out.:lol::lol:
