  1. It would be good to remove the PCN number from your pdf, to keep this anonymous. HB
  2. Hello, welcome to CAG. Thank you for the information, we can start looking at your case now. If you were thinking of doing it, please don't appeal, it causes more problems than it solves because Met and other PPCs almost never allow appeals. DR+ can't do anything to you because they're debt collectors, just part of the letter trail. If it ever went to court it would be Met doing it, or their lawyers. If you have a look around the forum, you'll see we have dozens of threads about the Stansted car park. Read some threads and you'll see how these outfits work. Best, HB
  3. Hello, welcome to CAG. Could you let us have the information we ask for in the forum sticky please? We need the information to start working on your case. Once we have that, I'll get you to answer a different set of questions. Best, HB
  4. Street did his best by removing any trace of the Tories from his campaign literature, as you say it's a shame for him. I see Sunak is clutching at the only poll that shows the Tories in not too bad a light, the hung Parliament one. The boss of Ipsos and Sir John Curtice have both said it's flawed. 'Sir John Curtice, the polling expert, also projected the Conservatives nine points behind in the national vote share but advised against using this data to estimate Westminster seats. He told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme: “It’s quite long been the case, certainly since the late 1980s, that the way that people vote in local elections doesn’t necessarily exactly mirror the way that they would vote in a general election.” '
  5. Today's cartoon in the Times. It seems Israel has seized the Rafah crossing, a main route for humanitarian aid.
  6. We don't know of anyone on this forum who has had RLP organisations or bailiffs arrive at the door. They're going to threaten legal action because they think you may not know that they aren't able to carry this out and could be more likely to pay them. HB
  7. Hi. I think we may need to know more about what has happened so far please, if you're able to tell us. HB
  8. Hi. I've moved your thread to the Residential and Commercial lettings forum. People should be along to advise later. HB
  9. Hi. You've left the PCN number on the 22nd March letter and your name on the one below that. It's best to cover those up please. HB
  10. I remember Gove banging on about 'business' not being ready for the new regulations/charges and now look who can't tell them what the situation is...
  11. The solution to this seems to be to just wave through goods at the border. Does anyone know how it's going with the facility at Sevington, where lorries are meant to drive 22 miles inland for customs and other checks? If I had a dodgy cargo, I would head somewhere else... Brexit border chiefs left in the dark hours before new checks kick in – POLITICO WWW.POLITICO.EU Ports have spent millions of their own cash on high-spec inspection facilities — but still don’t know how they’ll recoup their costs.
