Hello,

A friend directed me to this site a few weeks ago and it has really been helpful.

I have sent my 'preliminary letter'....no response....I then sent my 'LBA' letter.....not a sausage.

The time is running out and I have had no response,no phone calls,no letters...in fact they just sent the usual monthly statement!!!

The time limit is up at the end of this week....should I just go straight to 'moneyclaim' and not wait for them to respond?

Thank you.

Yes.

Stick to the timetables you set.

Good luck!

Which means wait until the time limit you set runs out, and then claim, without giving them any extra time.

... a little

Which address do I issue the claim to...I am on the 'moneyclaim' site and there have been so many addresses on here I am really confused as to which one is best to go to court with?

I have had no letters from them whatsoever. Just the normal statements from my local branch.
