I have just been re reading the papers that were served and I notice that they have served the Small Court Claim on The Bank of Scotland which is great except I bank with The Royal Bank of Scotland.

I will be pointing out the error to them on Monday but I thought I would post this to warn people to check their paperwork carefully when they get it back.

For some reason they have retyped the paperwork I provided them with rather than send in my original!!

Guys, you need to get this sorted, or expect the Sheriff to kick it out. Best advice is to phone up the Sheriff Clerk and explain the situation. They're invariable very friendly.:)

Robertxc v. Abbey - £3300 Settled in full

Robertxc v. Clydesdale - £750 Settled in full

Nationwide v. Robertxc - £2000 overdraft wiped out, Default removed by order of the sheriff

Robertxc v. Style Card - Default removed by order of the sheriff

Robertxc v. Abbey (1) - Data Protection Act action. £750 compensation

Robertxc v. Abbey (2) - Data Protection Act action. £2000 compensation, default removed

The opinions on this post are those of Robertxc and not necessarily the opinions of the group and do not constitute sound legal advice. You are advised to seek professional legal advice.

I spoke to Dundee Sheriff Court today and I have to fill in a form so they can correct their mistake!! That now sets everything back about three weeks as I am not home till friday night!!

I think the lesson here is that you must check the papers they send back very carefully as they are not necessarily the ones you hand in!!

In my case the form i filled in was correct but for some reason they transferred all the details (wrongly) to another form and then submitted that.
