You dont need to employ anyone. If you have roo many claims, then stagger them. Do so many at a time.

As long as you get the SARs sent you can take it from there, As some banks take such a long time on this alone.

I must have a dozen or more claims between my partner and myself one could run to thousands is there a limit on small claims court.

Would it be best to employ someone. You can do it yourself with a little help.

Is there going to be a time limit on these claims

Thing to do HLB is to open new posts under HLB v (Your Banks name).

That way you can read about how other Caggers claims are progressing as well asking them for assistance should you get stuck.

At the end of the day all of the info that you could possibly need is somewhere on this site.

Good luck

Im probably in the wrong place but HELP!!

Have had some personal problems so pushed my claim against HSBC to one side. I got as far as sending an LBA to them on the 3rd April and didnt get any Further, I gave them 14 days.. Is it too late to go to the small claims court with this now? If so do I need to restart the whole process or can I send them another LBA?

Does anyone know?

Hopefully
