Hello All,

Just joined today, on my brother's recommendation. I'm with HSBC. Sent them a letter dated 29 March 2007 which they state is actually dated 2 April 2007. Anyway, I am waiting in a queue to speak to the Senior Service Quality Officer. Obviously, they might give you back all or some of the money owed, but they get it back by making you wait AGES on the line.....

Good luck to you all in your endeavours,

Godiva

But if you take them to court they will have to not only pay back the charges but they also have to pay your court fees and interest at 8%.

Just think about that when you are hanging on the phone.
