Hi Ralphonso!

 

We spoke in the chat room! Briefly as I know you are finding it hard to get around the site and digest whats next.

 

You need to let them know that you intend to continue with action to reclaim your fees.

 

If you have not already done so you need to send the letter before action. A template is here. Click on the link -(the underlined bit) and it will take you to one to view and adapt for yourself.

If you have done this and no joy, then you can move on to the claim to the court.

 

There are two options.

 

1) N1 claim at your local court. The link below will take you to view a template of how to set it all out and what needs to be on the form. There is also a link to access the form and begin. Copy and paste the details from the template onto the N1 form according to the instructions.

I hope you were not expecting them to fold at this early stage,Stick to the timescale in the templates library.

 

Please find your banks forum and start a thread;

(your user name) V (banks name)

Other members with experiance of your bank can offer informed advide.

use the template letters in order. Stick to the timetable in there.
