Hi all, ive started a claim in the courts against Nationwide, and they have replied by saying they are going to defend the claim. Does this mean that I could lose the claim, as they probably wouldnt defend it if they thought there wasnt any point, and what happen would happen if I made an error on the amount they owed me, would it harm my claim. a Very nervous Robc. Many thanks

Don't panic

They always say they intend to defend

They never do though!

If Nationwide are still responding as they were when I successfully claimed my charges back you will have your money inside a week!

Nationwide tend to pay what they see fit, so I wouldn't worry if you think you may of made a mistake, but DON'T accept any less than you KNOW you are entitled to.

Hope this helps to ease your nerves.

Good luck!

Don't forget to donate to this site, they gave us the backbone to put up a fight, we've learnt how to reclaim our rights and proved banks are all nothing but........ rubbish <wink>
