Sorry to be a pain, another piece of advice please. I have submitted my MCOL and noticed inthe standard text from this site that i would provide them with "a list of charges again" (they've already had the list twice in previous correspondance). Should i write to RBS informing them that i have taken legal action and include the charges schedule with this?

I would. Also I would draft the letter stating the claim number for their benefit.

I did the same sort of thing yesterday, but the difference with mine was that they sent me a letter offering the full amount, dated on the same day that my claim was served. Too late for them. 8% interest and court fees on top now.
