... for those of you dealing with Lloyds and taking them to the SCC you may find yourself dealing with a firm called Sechiari, Clark * Mitchell.

 

As a small bit of advice, if you're calling them to discuss anything or to get details and the person you need is not in then their colleagues will not take messages. Awkward, petty, small minded? Certainly. However if you tell the person you speak to that you're returning a call then they'll expedite what you want.

 

Just a small helping hint to save you chasing them.

Personally, I advise against phoning them. Write to them, keeping a copy of your letter. Also keep copies of any replies. That way you have a record, in writing, of everything that each party has said.

They can't misquote you then.

And you can be sure that they keep copies of every communication, themselves and almost certainly record telephone conversations.
