Hi everyone....

I had a payment agreement with Marlin but Ive just discovered that Marlin Financial Services Ltd have been struck off the companies house register...

Does anyone have any idea who I should deal with now.

Its an overpayment matter so I can't imagine anyone who have taken over Marlins business will be too helpful :) Thanks

why have/are you blindly paying a DCA on any debt?

they are not bailiffs!!

marlin are just another trading name for the cabot group.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

No, Im not worried about bailiffs or anything like that...

Its embarrassing to say but I think that Ive overpaid significantly on an old debt. I

ve cleared it, carried on paying due to a confusion between my wife and I but they have neither returned funds (this has been going on for quite a while) nor informed us that the debt has been cleared.

so a joint debt what was it that rsb tesco joint loan of yours?

you miss the point about bailiffs,

it was in relation to looking at your posts years ago here, you seem to have thought dca's have super human powers and were bailiffs an your blindly been paying marlin all these years...WHY?

marlins are simply a trading name of cabot

send cabot and sar signed by both of your if this is that joint loan rbs/tesco finance was it?
