Motormouth have been plaguing me since 2012 by email threatening to hang draw and quarter if i did not pay up

 

Not once did i respond

 

Shame the accounts are statute barred, and anyway, removed from my credit files

 

Where motormouth is concerned, ignore them

The Motormouth default might be for a different payday loan

 

Start dates mean nothing with motormouth

 

They had a default for me dated 2012 when the account was from 2007

 

It was also a payday loan and they had it down as a student loan

 

You are correct only one default date, but as i have said, Motormouth are a law unto themselves with data accuracy. They tend to default when the get the accounts, not from when the original creditor defaulted.

©to recover possession of any goods or land, or

(d)to treat any right conferred on the debtor or hirer by the agreement as terminated, restricted or deferred, or

(e)to enforce any security.

Neither does acknowledging the debt and being stung for unlawful charges.

 

From what i have read on this forum and others Motormile treat people and their personal data with contempt. To be honest i would not trust them as far as i could throw them. Respect is earned, and Motormile is the lowest of the low in the debt collecting industry. Just google besides my own personal view.
