This waiting game is starting to make me antsy!!!

 

I've got a throat infection now too, obviously this is also HSBC's fault which is why I'm posting here :rolleyes: ......ok not really lol.

 

I thought what better way to cheer myself up than to read of other people's success stories?! I've been reading through loads of posts with people giving the same advice, 'send your charge schedule to DG Solicitors as soon as you receive confirmation that your claim has been acknowledged'. I did this and although I sent it recorded delivery and it's been signed for, the acknowledgement of claim didn't have a particular person's name on from DG......does this matter?? I just addressed it to 'DG Solicitors'.

 

Anyone???

No they will pass it to the relevant person, and you have a signature to prove they recieved it.
