Court employees

We have a thread from annonymous bank employees.......and I personally welcome that, as the main poster is very helpful and doesn't seem to make judgement on us..........

 

I would like to ask if there are any "court" employees out there would might be able to enlighten us on a few things such as their take on the likes of Lloyds, stalling and the courts allowing them to get away with it..when the courts know full well that when Lloyds ask for...say... the whole month of October, to negotiate settlement ...and then they are un approachable and we seem to be negotiating with ourselves !!!!!!!!

 

can any Court employees honestly say why judges are granting all these stays, knowing that the defendants have no intentions of negotiating ?

 

Where do I post, to request, court employees to come on and share their knowledge..?

 

All this admin, letters and time by all court employees, not to mention the amount of telephone enquiries that they must get from us all, is a pure waste of time.......as soon as the court employees receive the defences from the banks they must say......here we go again..more time wasting.....!
