As ridiculous as it may seem, producing a schedule of charges for an estimated claim is all about just making it up!!!! Make sure your total amount is on the top side, and hey presto, as soon as the shABBEY get the papers from the court after you put your claim in, you'll get the rest of your info through, if not before!!!!!!

PS Don't forget to leave the last 2 columns out of your schedule when sending it with the Prelim & LBA's, 8% stat interest only applies once you've put your claim in through the courts!
