Report this to the OFT, taking money from you for debt management is wrong and passing on details is wrong.

If you did this online then it is a very very naughty way to pass on data and needs reporting immediately.

http://www.oft.gov.uk for the OFT

http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk for Trading Standards

Please remember that these two organisations are investigating the murky world of payday loans.

Hi

I have dealt with both Wonga and Myloans.co.uk. I was recently looking for a loan and came across myloans.co.uk, filled in my details and hey presto £69.99 taken out of my account without my permission but was probably within the T&Cs. I immediately emailed myloans said that I had not given permission and wanted it returned. Believe it or not, I got an email back saying 'fine', your account cancellled you will be reimbursed within 30days, took them 2 minutes to take it but 30 to pay back. I received my money last week. They are a broker company and I see now on their website that it clearly states they will charge this amount and it is at the very top of their webpage.
