Hi in 2008 I took a loan of £2000 from Real personal finance which is owned by Provident Personal Credit and shortly after taking the loan i fell into difficulty with keeping my monthly payments.

I did the stupid thing back then and ignored the requests for payments instead of calling them to sort out something but I eventually did nearer the end of term of the agreement.

I agreed to pay them £15 per week to reduce the balance until further notice and if i could send more at any time i would they agree to this so I have been paying this arrangement for maybe over 2 years now.

I was looking at my CR and its on there showing all the missed payments etc..

but what i wanted to know is that if they accept an arangement and i am keeping up with this on a weekly basis can they still report it as a 6 showing that its missed payments even tho I am sending in money?

I have attached the screen copy of the entry to my CR to this post.

screen copy isnt showing its proper size i dont know how to change it:(

If there are any missed payments, late payments or any other deviation from the agreement then a marker can be correctly placed on the credit file.

If you have missed/late payment charges they can be claimed back

Any ''arrangements'' to pay are a breach of the terms and

conditions of the agreement and are being properly reported,

if the creditor decides that the payments are not sufficient

they can default the account.

Any Letters I Draft are N0T approved by CAG and no personal liability is accepted.
