hI

i wonder if anybody could offer some advice -

i took out a secured loan with GE Money in 2004 and paid it off in 2007

i got the loan arranged by Freedom Finance.

a year later i was looking through old paperwork and realised i had ppi for £1800

i tried claiming it back but was sent around in circles.

i sent a letter to GE and they told me to go to freedom finance because they sold me the ppi even thou GE sent me just over £200 when i asked about it as a cancelation fee.

Freedom Finance said i had to contact Bespoke Finance who are based in Gibraltor and who i never even heard of.

they slammed the door in my face as well.

i stupidly gave up but it still frustrates me and was wonder if anybody knew if their was something more i could do?

thanks in advance

Hi

Do you still have the agreement?

Have a read of No.1 in my signature as there is a lot of information about single premium PPI and a spreadsheet at the end to help you work out what you are due.

GE would be your taregt for this and I think you have been given the runaround.

Also pop along to the fos website and donload copy of theor consumer questionnaire.

You would send a copy of the spreadsheet, the completed questionnaire and a brief letter requesting the refund to GE
