Hi you were very helpful before and wonder if you can advise me of my next step - I sent my first letter to Natwest, they replied asking for £5 to send my statements, which i now have and i have calculated the costs to be over £3000! I am not sure which letter to send next - do i send the second letter (LBA) only it says that I am disappointed that you have not replied to my previous letter..., when in fact they did to send me my statements - sorry to sound like an idiot! Also, my schedule of charges how do i need to present this (even more of an idiot i know!!) I would be very grateful if someone could guide me along the way!

I sent the letter requesting repayment of charges and under what i require i put that i wanted details of all my statements, which is what they sent me. I have today completed a schedule of claim for charges. I estimate this to be £3,195.80 plus the charges with interest at 8%APR of £664.77 totalling £3,860.57. Obviously i do not want to mess this up!
