  Ok so they've filed a defence but what you've sent isn't the defence. Likely the defence isnt upload to MCOL yet so you'll need to wait some time for it to be uploaded

Can anyone tell me how long the bans I have on my licence stay on for? The offences were 3 x IN10 and 1 x CU??, offences committed in feb and march 06, disqualified for 2 x IN10 and CU in June 06 and the the other IN10 in August 06. I understand I can have them removed after 4yrs, but is it 4yrs from date of offence or from date of disqualification? The ban from June 06 was 8 months and from August 06 was 1yr.
