clarity re creation finance ltd

i took out some equipment on finance through creation then i lost my job and fell behind with the payments, so they heaped on loads of unbelievable charges in which i simply could not afford.

 

so i was forced out of my home at which address they had for me and now im at a new address, they have passed on my details to clarity who im assuming have purchased the debt. i have set my phone to reject their number and they dont have my new address. obviously i dont like having bad credit but dont have the money to pay them. as im at a new address were my bank statements now go to, if i was to try and obtain credit im wondering would they credit score me on my current address or my old one

I believe the main criteria for address's is 3yrs so as you have just moved your old address would be looked at but of course the main thing is defaults listed on you credit file for address's are not "Black listed"

 

If you have a "Membership" to a credit ref agency under your old address leave it at that . . DO NOT update, if you don't have one and want to open one stick to your old address for registration as any new details you give will supply the DCA's with your where abouts PDQ
