I recently requested a copy of my signed agreement when WESCOT demanded I repay a debt to T-Mobile, however I recieved this letter from them and I quote:

"Following your recent request for a copy of the signed agreement.

We can confirm that this account falls under the following legislation, Consumer Credit Act (Exempt Agreements) Order 1989, Article3(1)(a) and is, therefore, enforceable.

We look forward to hearing from you in due course."

I would appreciate some clarification of these comments as I do not understand what it means:confused:

A mobile phone agreement is not covered by a CCA, so there is no point asking, you can howver, send an SAR if you are disputing that you have an account or the amount that you owe
