take all your paperwork, but you shouldnt need it, its just a preliminary hearing, where he will tell you all what he expects from you - you may find that they settle long before that anyway :D

So as this is just a prelim hearing , do i have to make a court bundle up ?

If so do i just run off copies of the ones available here? and take all the letters and my statements etc ?

Thanks in advance

No, you don't need a full court bundle, although it would be a good idea to brush up on the basic knowledge of the basis of your claim, just in case the judge asks any general questions.

Take this with you and propose them to the judge - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/general/53570-new-strategy-allocation-questionaires.html#post482191

Puffa

Don't forget to make payment in your chosen form within 7 days a condition of acceptance.

I did with Barclaycard and had my cheque by return.

Don't stop court proceedings until you have the cleared funds

As much as it sounds daft you should only stop when the funds clear.

I couldnt possibly comment, generally the court wont accept the case as closed until cleared funds are available anyway.
