i need to send letter please could someone say should i allow 14 or 28 days ? thanks

i sent letter and gave them 7 days the time is up tomorrow.

 

I have just found out today that they have paid in the 720.00 into my abbey account .

 

I did send letter saying i would except but persue the outstanding amount.

 

Just wondering what my next step is if they dont reply.

I see you sent your LBA on 21/09/06 it is now 12/10/06 more than enough time for them to deal with your request. It is now time to issue your claim in the county court on the N1 form or moneyclaim. Just allow for the £720.00 repayment in your schedule of charges, which should be attached to your claim, and good hunting. It is not worth waiting for abbey as you will wait forever,so keep to your timetable and the guides given on this site. Best wishes.

I received a letter from abbey today and they basically saying they will pay no more so off to court i go.

 

Just a few quick questions:

1)Filling the N1 form in where do i address to?

2)How do i pay the court fees (is it directly to the courts and have cheque written out when handing this form in?)
