hello everyone,


Decided today after receiving another two charges for 39.00 to claim back all bank charges from Halifax. I live in northern Ireland and am hoping someone can help with me with addresses. do i send my first letter to this address;

or do i send it to branch i open account. i am just send letter requesting statements for 6 years and cheque for 10.00. It is template letter i got from site.

send everything recorded delivery then you have proof of postage

Shame you don't bank in Eire as I believe they only charge £3. Much more reasonable.


Are you going to claim back all the charges they have applied to your account as the sar states you want details of all your banking history and Halifax have data available from the early 1990s.
