Im in court tommorow and after Opitma recieved my court bundle they sent a lovely letter which reads:

"Dear sir,

we refer to the above matter and acknowledge reciept of your file of papers.

This matter has now been transfered back to Halifax plc and we have today forwarded your file of papers

Yours faithfully

Blah blah blah

Basically you recieved a STANDARD reply from optima - mine said exactly the same. They are hoping you will sh*t yourself and stop all action. Keep goig and dont give up! as soon as the court requests your evidence ect. do it immediatly and you will get a similar reply from optima!
