  1. doesn't on mine, anyway don't care about that, read my previous post.
  2. Someone said don't appeal a sanction on here but i did and won, but im still angry because they made us wait ages for hardship payment, my partners mam had to sell stuff so we could have heating/electric and food for our 2 year old. Question is how do i play this now i've won, my local jobcentre is useless. Trying to publically embarrass me in front of everyone by shouting i should do the same, no but seriously they have to learn suggestions please.
  3. Wrong, when you start a new search it doe's not log in your activity history, i can confirm that 100%. Lol i took screenshots after being sanctioned last time and you know what's coming next, they did even look at them.
  4. yes but we all know UJ match is not the best site so if i done that they would see most of my job search activity is not there, it seems they just want evidence from there.
  5. maybes but its always worth a try isn't it, i haven't got a printer to supply the evidence they require lol.
  6. you don't have to supply printouts/screenshots don't you?
  7. yeah done all that got the hardship, not sure if ive appealed the sanction though don't u usually get a letter?
  8. yeah i know that but there demanding screenshots/printouts, i aint even got a printer
  9. But my point is i've been sanctioned for not providing the jobcentre with screenshots/printouts, that clearly states the WP provider deals with all my work search activity and there happy with it. I'm confused angry and upset.
  10. here https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/185446/response/456343/attach/html/3/5435%20Response.pdf.html
  11. quick question, is this still true JSA Work Programme (WP) participants 90. You must not mandate JSA WP participants to create a profile and public CV in Universal Jobmatch. This is because it is for WP Providers to determine and provide the support their participants need to find work including (where appropriate) mandatory requirements. Separate guidance is being prepared for WP Providers on the use of UJ.
  12. Well we needed to get a hardship payment by friday but we didn't so we r literally screwed, my 2 year old im worried about, me and my partner can go without, i don't even know what screenshots/printouts they want for my job search they will still have no date on, oh that's why i got sanctioned forgetting to put dates on, positive the jobcentre delayed it as i filled out form they they waited 2 days to send me another form relating to it, yet someone can get away with no evidence and they proved he hadn't been on universal jobmatch for 2 weeks, least i made the effort to write my down.
  13. not exactly because they wanted screenshots/print outs aswell
  14. just found out a lets say a future relative went in the jocentre with no job search, they made him sign in on universal jobmatch which proved he hadn't been on or 2 weeks and got away with it, yet i get sanctioned for writing jobsearch on a piece of paper forgetting to put dates but tell the manager the dates via telephone on my UJ account, the adviser knew the person outside the jobcentre as a close family friend, appeal in, hardship applied for (2 year old son) if we don't get anything by tomorrow we are literally not gunna swear but you know, we financially stricken ourself to have a phone line and internet so i can check UJ and have a phone number.
  15. The relevant internal guidance extract below is taken from the Availability and Actively Seeking Employment chapter of the Labour Market Conditions Guide. 188. The JSA Regulations do not specify that claimants must keep written records of their job search. However, encouraging a claimant to keep a written record of the steps they have taken can help them to remember what they have done, and will help to build up a picture of the progress the claimant is making in their efforts to find work. 189. A claimant may have set up their own records, but if their record keeping is inadequate, or non-existent encourage them to use the Jobsearch Activity Log (ES4). 190. The evidence of jobsearch produced when they attend to have their regular reviews may be in various forms:  information they have provided from their Universal Jobmatch account;  evidence in writing from employers, employment agencies, or other organisations which they have contacted;  copies of letters they have sent to employers;  the claimant’s un-corroborated written evidence, for example an ES4;  the claimant’s verbal evidence  evidence from previous Jobsearch Reviews recorded on LMS. In response to the question you have raised about requiring jobsearch evidence from Universal Jobmatch. Advisers cannot mandate claimants to give them access to their Universal Jobmatch account, nor can they force a claimant to print out screen prints of their UJ account. Reviewing jobsearch activity - claimant using Universal Jobmatch (No DWP access to their account) 87. To help assess that a claimant is actively seeking work you may suggest that they show you:  prints of any number or all of the screens/pages detailed in paragraph 86 from their Universal Jobmatch account. However, this will not be possible for claimants who do not have access to a printer or cannot afford to print out copies of these pages here's the evidence.
  16. innocent until proven guilty, obviously not money been stopped, young child , gas and electric on emergency running out:-x
  17. it's the job centre not the wp provider.
  18. i have been sanctioned for not providing print outs or screen shots.
  19. Update, they have went through with the sanctioning HOW, this is completely illegal. The foi request clearly states we can not mandate how you supply your job search evidence, please help some i'm in a bad situation, there stilll demanding print outs, now i've got to wait for a hardship fund to go through.
  20. thanx, was looking for some advice and how i should say it on the phone without being filled with nonsense off them.
  21. I am ringing my jobcentre manager on monday, i was wondering if anyone can help me word it, i know they can't mandate screen shots or print outs.
  22. I'm not going to swear but i want to, i have found the evidence i need to my last post here it is, https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/169272/response/411434/attach/html/3/FOI%203354.pdf.html
