She told me that as mum left her estate between us anything being paid out of the estate ie car and caravan, would belong to both of us, as she did it for me and I have been paying them both surely they belong to me.

Hope I'm on the correct page, my recently deceased mother took out finance for me to be able to get a car as I had an adverse credit rating, I would like to know what happens now as I have been paying it for 4 years, thanks for any advice, she also did the same with a static caravan I have been paying for 2 years, now my sibling is saying that she is entitled to half the caravan and the car as it will be getting paid out of mums estate, surely that can't be right . I would like some information on how the credit agencies decide that it is six years for defaults to be removed, i thought it was only things signed by a judge like ccjs etc that were there for 6 years.

I had one off these about 2 years ago. got three letters demanding payment or it was going to court, just put them straight in the bin like i did and forget it , they always prey on the honest people who feel guilty about not paying, please dont pay .

If your worried do it by recorded delivery, for the position your applying for you will also need an enhanced disclousure.

Hi dont listen to there usual get out clause, write a letter of demand for a full refund or a replacement, or you will be writing to the office of fair trading, that should get them moving , best of luck.
