  1. Right ok, Sorry Only said that as a similar thing happened to my brother he missed a few payments as he could not afford to pay and he was given a CCJ. may be he just never told me the full story.
  2. Hi thanks, No im not disabled or have any children. I have also come across that publication already but thank you freakyleaky, I would come under option 5 the thing is the info keeps going round in circles, I cant seem to see any thing on the apprenticeships web site, i have registered with them as well... what I have started doing is emailing the providers to see if they have any information. waiting on responses from them
  3. cheeky I know but I have got my 10 post count. here are the docs its one page but split into 2.
  4. I agree with the above, got to keep at them to show that you cant afford to pay it at this time. if they continue you will have to take things further, chance are they will try and slap a CCJ on you. make sure you you keep copies and take names of every one you deal with.

  11. I thought Barclays only charged £8 when you went into overdraft? is this not right... or is this because you have the reserve..
  12. Hello all im new here, was hoping for some advise really. I recently put in a clam (not with and company) to car giant for miss sold PPI for a car that I bought in 2007 on finance for a period of 5 years, they wrote back saying its fine its not then that deal with in it would be blackhorse and that i just need to sign this letter and all money would be refunded. This was started around around July August. my payment on the car were due to finish at the end of October this year. So I got a letter from BH saying that the PPI has been cancelled and that I would be refunded. my final 2 car payments went from £185 per month to £159. At the end of last month they put the money into my account, but im not sure that this seems like the right amount. They paid me £1116. why I think this is not right is that i had another PPI come back to me from a lone I had back in 2002 over 3 years and that payment was just shy of £2000. And 2 on my docs it says the total PPI is £1400 and what was paid back is less than that so I dont think interest was included. Im not sure how the whole thing works but if any one could confirm if this seems right or not i would be really grateful If there is any other info required to answer this just let me know thanks I have image of documentations but cant post until i have a 10 post count. will upload as soon as i can
