    hmm you are not claiming much off them in charges, have they defaulted you on the outstanding amount? what sort of repayment schedule would they be willing to accept? or can you clear the balance regardless, if so they have no hold over you wrt counterclaims
  14. try the CCA 1974 approach for the default its mentioned in several places i believe, only costs a pound too

    yes got the same today also just posted the requested info off to them citi cards now also doing the same sort of thing
  20. hi chrismc, after reading your posts i am now going to do the same to egg i have downloaded the form N244 from the web notice it only asks/gives space for one address to send documents to assume this is the defendants and i enlcose mine seperately? any advise would be welcome
