you would have done better to try and find a local plumber who does boiler sevicing and repair, and put the money you would have paid homeserve into a savings account my dealings with home serve left me very stressed out, and sat in the cold for 6 months, they said the boiler needed to be replaced at a cost of £7000 we contacted a local plumber and he found the problem in 5 mins, part cost £6,he also gave us a quote for an entirely new central heating system of £3000 we took him up on that offer 12 months later and he now services the boiler for £30 every year brilliant lad mrs witts

this didn't make me smile today but last weekend It was a party to celebeate mums 90th birthday, as every one was arriving Mum deceided to tell them all how her recycleing bins worked she went through all the bins their colours and what went in what, after the 5th person had arrived and she had gone through it all again i popped my head round the kitchen door and asked quite straight faced " mum if i kill my hubby and chop him into small bits, do i put them in the green compost bag?"
