  1. not quite the same but I wanted an appointment at the Drs, we dont have any for oday phone in the morning, pointed out i have phoned every morning for 4 days and there were no appointments You can book one a fortnight in advance, I am Ill now! try tomorrow can I have a compaint form, yes turned out it was an infomation leaflet for the practice on the back i noted ' How to make a complaint' Have a quiet word with your Dr can i have an appointment to have a quiet word with my DR. NO try tomorrow I have not seen a Dr for 10 years so when i eventualy get told i have some illness that could have been prevented had i seen a DR i will sue the practice
  2. trying to cancel my Sky subscription, took me 35min, but you can have every thing with us cheaper than BT, yes, but looking at complaints about them i am better off staying with BT thats because you only get people compaining about bad things?? Yes and as these complaints are on Skys own Help page website would Sky not be better having a Good review page I have now canceled your subscription Next
  3. truecall say there is a problem and they have had some contact with Sky they will get back to me when there is any change to the situation
  4. Have emalied them, waiting for a reply, but on checking the Sky help pages i think i will stick with BT and cancel sky some of the people have been waiting months to get a small problem sorted out thanks xx
  5. have just been on Sky Help web site and it seems Sky have up graded some lines , this has caused the truecall a problem and at the moment , Sky say it is up to truecall to sort it out truecall are working on a solution till then I'm stuck with BT
  6. Hi bankfodder thanks for your reply but I am now confused while serching the site a few moments ago i came across a post by pete_the_postman that said truecall is no longer compatable with sky line rentals xx
  7. hi all fed up of BT prices and indian call centre drones. I have sky and was thinking of changing to their broadband and line rental package any one know if my truecall machine will still work on the Sky package?? mrs witts

I to am a nutty woman years ago we ordered a new hoover from a well known store we were told it would be delivered in a weeks time was it? no, went to the store and was told that there was a problem at the depo and it would be with us asap after a month I went to the store, saturday morning, busy time, long Q, I got the normal 'can i help' from a salesman near to the till I took out the receipt and smiling sweetly asked if he could tell me where this is "I'll go and check" returned to say i'ts at the depot and will be delivered next week unfortunately for this boy i had already called head office and found that there were no hoovers at the main depot, and none had been ordered so in a loud voice i pointed out thet they had had my money for 6 weeks and had not even put the order through and that I had been told by the head office manager that i could have my money back, the store went very quiet and the manager came over, asked what was going on so I went through it all giving him the name of the manager at head office that i had spoken to " as he did not belive that i could have spoken to head office as the number was never given out" OHH was his reply, he then said I would have to wait for my money as they needed a code from head office to return it "I'll be back on monday for it then" said I, turned and walked for the door "what time on monday" asked a woman in the store "as I want to see the next episode", about 10am was my reply to that clapping broke out and I left Monday morning at 08.55 a knock at the door, found a young lad from the store holding a large box, Your hoover mrs witts, sorry for the delay, he turned and ranback to the car, I did go to the store at 10 it was rather full for a monday, I asked for the manager but was told he was in a meeting with the man from head office, so i just left a message thanking him for finding a hoover and having it delivered, and that it was working fine, as i left so did most of the people in there all were grinning all this was done without resorting to shouting or threats just a smile ,

  11. Hubby said "get up early tomorrow and we can go for a walk, have a drink in the pub, and I'll cook dinner" I've been up since 06.30, had my breakfast, beef is on timer in the oven, got the veg ready, and he's still asleep, i would scream but i'd scare the kids nextdoor

Hi banks I have a cc debt with Barks who sent it to a company called Credit Solutions LTD ( CSL) adress is in Purley, surrey the first letter we received was worded almost exactly the same as yours, so I am wondering if they may be the same mob I have complained to oft about the tone of the letters and the amount of calls they are making, some times 3 a day, must be when they bored imho i would continue along the same path as before Mrs witts

  15. my OH has a cc with lloyds they defaulted, and closed it in 2002 registering the default with the CRAs, since 2009 they have reported it as AP and then sent another DN in late 2010, while we were waiting for them to reply to a letter sent to them in march 2010, reduced payments were sent every month whilst we waited, so no payments were missing. on questioning them they state the account was not closed and that the Original defalt now applies my thread is under OH Lloyds tsb visa card
  16. just watched last weeks watchdog,on the computer, they were on about claiming back ppi, some one asked what to do if you were unsure if you had ppi the answer :: "contact the holder of your account, and send them £1. asking for a copy of your CCA, they will send you a copy, it should have it on there" nearly choked on me coffee laughing
