I have received today my quarterly letter from 1st crud, offering me a large discount off my outstanding account, for one month only, i can pay them 70% and they will pay the other 30%, err no! you can have the £5 a month that i've paid for the last 8 years, and you have never sent me a statement for this accont in all that time.

letter from crap1 asking for an up to date i&e along with proof of my income and outgoins bank statements and wage slips, every 6 months they ask for this, and every time i tell them, they can have the i&e the rest is confidential and is covered under the DPA, and only if they wish to take me to court will they ever receive them annoying wittlers

I have a complaint with OFT for CSL/Barclaycard, i wrote to Barcs asking why it had been passed to them and there reply was " we can pass it to who we like"and "we have no controlover third partys" i have pointed out that as they are acting on Barcs behalf they are responcable for CSL, i am still waiting for a reply from barcs (2 months) and i am just about to print out a call log from my truecall machine for the last 3 months showing CSL phoning me twice a day, everyday but not Sundays I also had letters saying they were not standing for any missed payments and would be refering their clients to issue court papers, I have not missed a payment?
