hi-i sent S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) to lloyds to cover 6 years-like a wally i later realised i've prob got charges going as far back as 20yrs-do i carry on and complete this claim and then go for the rest or amend this one somehow?

hi-i'm also claiming from lloyds but only one account-i would use the search opton- i'm sure you can ask for all your banking history with just one sar- not sure what happens after you receive sar-you may have to pursue each case seperately

hi-i opened a coop account -set up direct debits but the payroll paid my salary into my old lloyds account in error-result unpaid direct debits totalling 136.50-they threatened to close my account -i wasnt too bothered -if theyre not so understanding i'm best rid-i paid into the account but due to a represented d/d its now £35 o/d and 2 weeks past their threatened closure date-i've sent a prelim that was received on 24th but no news as yet

hi-photocopied a hand written sar to send to different companies but now realise my signature on them all is obviously also copied-does this matter or should i have left a space to handwrite my signature on each seperate letter as i post them-thought to leave a space to add each individual company details but forgot about this

hubby has just opened his mail from yesterday-a letter from lloyds re the same account-an enforcement notice!! it states that the excess overdraft amount must be paid by april 18th or the overdraft facility will be suspended. help
