thats great thanks-added all my returned item fees today as far as july 2002-totals £4600-ouch!not added any type of interest at all.do they tend to act quicker if you are prepared to ask them for a reduced payment?

these charges appear on my account statement printout-what can i claim back-o/draft interest,unpaid direct debits,standing orders,account charge-always paid this-rip off,also non payment fees for lloyds loan which was due out of this account-thanks

just wondered has anyone actually had a letter from lloyds well within the 40 day limit -and has anyone won before it gets to court stage

is it any harder to pursue a higher claim-presumably it isnt a smal claims court case?
