  1. thats great thanks-added all my returned item fees today as far as july 2002-totals £4600-ouch!not added any type of interest at all.do they tend to act quicker if you are prepared to ask them for a reduced payment?
  2. these charges appear on my account statement printout-what can i claim back-o/draft interest,unpaid direct debits,standing orders,account charge-always paid this-rip off,also non payment fees for lloyds loan which was due out of this account-thanks

  4. hi-just sent my initial letter to data protection (lloyds)-just wondered is it easy to chase a claim for over £5000 or is it more complex?-thanks-
