Hi yes I think you need the full 44 pages for the bundle - 3 copies 1 for the court 1 for the bank (solicitor) and 1 for yourself. It all covers the legal side of things and is relevent to your claim. Take your time and try to get the gist of it as you need to try and cover all your bases should you have to get to court. there is also other info you may need try Got a Court Date Guidance Notes.. Yes I received the 2006 T&Cs and I wrote to YB for the others and have been told because I had been with the bank 15 years it will take time to get them all to me - but I doubt we will get them, but I suppose with YB anything seems to be possible...

Yes you include the Draft order for Directions tick no regarding other parties and in other info mention you would respectfully request the judge asks the bank to supply info about Cynthesys.
