The items were supposed to be recorded included in the postage I paid. I understand about buyers, I had a buyer purchase an item pay for it, leave me feedback noting that they had got it and then claim the money back from paypal saying their card was used without their knowledge, well peed me off. However if she actually looked at my 100% pos feedback she would know I am honest, I just didn't like her attitude, I dont think anyone has the right to talk to anyone that way, I am not one of the people that have said to her she cant have a refund so dont treat me like it kind of thing lol Never mind though I will just go through paypal if I dont hear anything in the next few days Can she remove funds from her paypal whilst in a dispute ?

Hi thanks for responding, she is doing the reund anyway and even if she doesn't I will go through paypal just dont want to use it as first option they only give you 3 disputes over a year a think could be wrong. I just didn't like her attitude towards the refund part and want to rub her nose in it basically letting her know either way regardless of what she stated by law she has to refund

Hi I am having problems with a very cocky ebayer, I purchased a hairpiece from her and it hasn't turned up There were no problems in asking for a refund but she expects me to wait untill she has claimed from royal mail so I sent her: Hi, if they do not turn up monday then a refund should be issued on that day, I don't mean to sound rude but the complaint is with yourself an royal mail it does not involve me I am a mere third party, they will refund to you not me, and I do not mean to sound ungrateful but I am simply not waiting until they refund you just to have my money back its not fair it could take awhile Thanks Sarah Which I think sounds ok but then she replyed with this: Yes, you have a point. Hi I have just filed my second letter to 8 Canada Square for my partner, today was my first deadline for them and I have recieved nothing not even leaflets from them. Can anyone give me a little insight as to what to expect from them, my partners claim is for £1776.08 £308 of that is what we have added on for interest for the past 6 years of £125 charges. Isn't it up to them to collect the money off him, not me ?, if you have a crime reference number usually you do not have to pay anything, I once had a break in where they stole a good few items including rented dvd's, I filed the crime number with the rental store and they took them off my account I assume they claimed from their insurance as I did not hear anything else about it.. surely this would be the case again with my situation ?

Hi I was wondering if this is correct I took out a barclays pre-approved loan for £2100 in september 06, the money was placed in my account on 1st, on the 5th I had an interest charge of £4.43 My first payment of £54.75 was taken on the 1st of october I was charged £33.17 on the 5th same happened except on the 5th of november it was charged at £34.98 December £31.41 Jan 07 £33.24 and Feb £32.85 Is it right for all these different interest charge rates ? I had this exact problem happen to me although it was only £8 I phoned the police, paypal etc as I knew this person didn't have her credit card stolen I even phoned her but then they changed their phone number so I was and still am through want of trying to get it back, out of pocket

Escalate to a claim it will give you that option he has 10 days to respond or it automatically gets ruled in your favour

Hi this is my first post I am only just thinking about this as I have had yet another letter about a repair charge outstanding. 10th September 2006 I had an argument with my ex partner which resulted in my door being kicked in he left after a very violent attack from both partys (I gave as good as I got for once lol) The police were called and they contacted my landlords emergency service this even happened at 1 am, 9 am the guy turned up screwed the screws back in and left should have done it myself but the door was buckled when I tryed to lock the deadlock They charged me £70 for that minor repair think £30 of it was emergency call out I gave them my police number but they are still contacting me about it Do I have to pay or can they claim on insurance because of the crime ref If I can get out of this how do I go about it Thanks for your help in advance

I had exactly the same problem my housing association wouldn't pay up after my washing machine leaked went through the kitchen into the hall and through to the living/dining room they told me it wasn't covered under buildings insurance as it wasn't fixed to the floor hmmmmmm most of it was ceramic tiles but there ya go, well I went 6 months with no floor with a new born baby my insurance contents cover kept saying that it was buildings insurance as it was flooring couldn't get much luck anywhere so I read through my more than policy an low an behold there was a excemption for tenants phoned head office and had it all fixed had to claim on my insurance mind but point of this is everyone is trying to con you read your landlords policy and also insurance policy, if they state they dont cover belonging placed in the house then read insurance they should have a sub section (really small writing with confusing words best to have a dictionary) about tenants, phone head office if you cannot get help from customer services etc, the cus ser guy that was speaking to me whilst trying to claim was reading the tenants section but he was saying this word cant remember it exactly and saying that it meant they wouldn't pay out under sections bla bla bla when really it meant that they would only pay out under sections bla bla bla
