Hi, can anyone help? Lodged a claim with MCOL against Nationwide. Recieved notification that it was to be defended, then had a letter saying Nationwide have credited my account with the full amount including court costs - £300. Money has not appeared in account, rang Nationwide was told it can take up to 28 days. Do I need to notify MCOL? or do nothing until money has gone in? Going away for two weeks after next week and not sure what to do.

Any help or advice much appeciated!

Hi Irish, im in the same situation as you, had the letter saying they have refunded but no money as of yet, I think we need to sit tight and and just carry on with mccol procedings until we actually receive the money from them.
