in reply to Sue1970 - thank you for the phone number. just rang because letter dated 19th July said they would refund £313.70 - nothing gone in! Told case will be sorted today and money available tomorrow!(fingers crossed) Keep at it everyone! 6pm just checked £343 gone into acount today!!!!

Hi, can anyone help? Lodged a claim with MCOL against Nationwide. Recieved notification that it was to be defended, then had a letter saying Nationwide have credited my account with the full amount including court costs - £300. Money has not appeared in account, rang Nationwide was told it can take up to 28 days. Do I need to notify MCOL? or do nothing until money has gone in? Going away for two weeks after next week and not sure what to do. Any help or advice much appeciated!

Hi Everyone, I was reccomended to this site - there's some real positive stuff going on here! I have a MCOL against the Nationwide whom sent a notice via the court their intention to defend (Eversheds solicitors) - Gulp - that's a bottle tester!
