i have a halifax loan that is now in a DMP

i ticked the box asking for PPI and it was added on to the beginning of the loan, for the full 30 month term

after 14 months i started with a dmp

does this now make the PPI null and void and could i such ask for part of it back?

jeez you were in a pickle! i just wondered if at any time you could have claimed on your ppi? i.e sickness accident? anything that made your income go down basically but i see this is not the case. read through the terms and conditions for your ppi you may find you are still liable for it if you re-neg on the loan for any reason:)
