today i have just recieved letter, telling me my claim is going to my local court,it says an allocation questionanaire should be returned to my local county court, but i have not received it with this letter i got today, should i wait for it to arrive or get intouch with the courts letting them know i have not received any questionaire. Also on the defendant letterit says INSUFFICENT PARTICULARS OF CLAIM. The claimant has failed to particularise the claim against the Defendant adequately or at all and the claimant is requested to particularise each and every charge that the claimant alleges the defendant has added to the account, specifying the amount charged, the date of charge and the explanation given for the charge. I sent a letter to wragge & Co with my bank charges is this not enough, and were to i go from here. Can any one HELP.

Hi that defence is pretty standard - a long as the charges were listed on a spread sheet stating the date/ amount and what each one was - there should not be a problem( see spreadsheet in step by step instructions)

It never hurts to send them again to Wragges and A&L if need be.

When my case was transferred to the local court - it was only a draft order about the AQ - when I called the local court they said wait for local judges instructions. It wont hurt to call the court to check if you want about the AQ and the fee and take a note of the name - but if its only just been transferred give them a few days as most of them are a bit behind.
