Welcome Bugged lady

Daunting stuff, i know, but we are all in the same boat and there for each other.

Very impressed that you have catalogued everything, this should add weight to your claim. As Dar£n (a man with a mind of information and excellent advice - along with saintly1 and others) has said your court fee will be £250 but although strictly speaking you are over the 5k limit for small claims court you should still be able to go that track with carefully worded argument when your case gets to Allocations

Good Luck... we are all behind you

Firstly if you want to claim CCI you need to include this on your prelim letter to B's. If you are going for s69 8% make no mention of it and delete from your schedule of charges.

You are correct in your assessment of "without prejudice"

If you send templated letters from this site T&C's are requested

I think you need to have a real think over the CCI issue. The limit for small claims is £5k. As your claim is already over that adding the CCI eliment would mean your case going the Fast Track route, which in turn means that if you lost you could have all costs awarded against you. However, just over the 5k mark you should be able to still get that into small claims, 8% does count towards the total, that will be added by the court if you request it. You should not ask Barclay's to pay 8% that from the outset as it does not legally form part of your claim

Possibly, but how secure is your email, you are putting some pretty sensitive info on the letters.

Recorded costs £1.04, but yes you have to go to the post office... mmm perhaps you can do recorded bit online at royalmail.com (not sur)

Just one thing to add, although you have email trackers this will only tell you that the mail has been delivered and not that it has been read. This can only be done if recipient chooses to send receipt. My understanding is that email can only be used as admissable evidence if it has been read and you can prove it

you should be able to copy and paste. but you do need to make sure all the formulas on the original shett have been extended. dar£n explained in a previous post how to do it. when you paste select paste special. all you want yo paste is text so uncheck formulas etc etc
