Hi,

In a bit of a financial mess and have had about £300 worth of bank charges in the last year. Could somebody tell me how l download the template for claiming these back or do l need to retype it. How far back can l claim and do l need proof of these charges as l haven't kept any letters as l wasnt aware this could be done.

Thanks

Lou

Hi Lou,

The templates are not downloadable. You need to copy the text into a word processor (Microsoft Word, Open Office, AbiWord) and then edit to your requirements.

If you need help, just give me the nod.

Good luck.

You can claim for charges over the last 6 years.

If you ask bank they will supply you with the charges they have applied over this period, there may be a charge of £10 for this information. Gaz
