Hi, just joined tonight and hope that in a couple of weeks/months will be a succesful member.

Have read a couple of feedbacks and am slightly worried, sweaty palms the lot !!

Will keep a close eye on any developments and will postsome messages to keep you informed of my fight with the halifax.

Hi, and welcome, its not as scarry as you think ! Start a thread in your banks forum.There's always someone willing to point you in the right direction. Make sure you spend some time reading the F.A.Q.s saves a lot of time in the long run.

Welcome

The first thing you need to do is read the FAQ's then follow the procedures for claiming using the template letters located in the libraries.

Good luck - I took on the Halifax and calimed back more than £4000!
