Hi,

I'm at the court case filed stage and have received a reply from Abbey saying they are going to defend. They also say that they only received the details of one account (I'm claiming my charges back for my current and joint accounts) from the court when they got the form. I've checked with the court and as far as they are concerned the form and copies of both accounts were sent to Abbey.

My question is, do I just ignore their letter or do I send them a copy of both account charges again ? I don't know if this is just a shAbbey trick to delay/distract or confuse me

Many thanks for any help :)

I think it's either that or simple incompetence...

Write to them and state that the court agrees with you that they have already been supplied with both account details......
