This site has been really helpful. I didn't know whether I was likely to get anything back at all.

I have received a response from the Royal Bank of Scotland to my Letter before Action and they have made me an offer of just over 60% of the charges that I am trying to recover from them. Do you think it is worth trying to haggle with them, should I accept their offer or should I issue?

Thank you,

Catherine

Hi Catherine

This is down to you and if your happy with 60% but remember they will pay it all if you stick to your guns and it is your money!!.

They is a letter in the templates library to turn this down and then carry on and file when the 14 days are up on your LBA.

Start a thread in the RBOS forum and ask if you need any other help.

Good luck;)

DONT FORGET TO DONATE TO THIS SITE WHEN YOU WIN THANKYOU

If you dont it wont be here:x
