This is my first time and it's not the best time for me. I am hoping that the advice that I get from this site helps me to get thru the emotional stress of having to deal with my bank taking money from me and then having the nerve to shout at me on the phone or give me long silences when i dare ask them questions.

 

I am barely surviving on my salary and my bank makes it harder for me when they charge me £30.00 for every transaction they have to pay or could not pay on my behalf.

 

Please help me with some advice at least.

first things first, take a look at the faq (link above in the blue bar) and read as many threads as you can in the Halifax department, absorb as much as you can.

You will find all you need here, including a library with all the letters you require.
