Settled in full and out of court. Charges + Costs + Interest. Unfortunately I cannot discuss the exact terms.

Thank you to all of your support, help and interest and I truly hope others will continue to fight for the money that is rightfully theirs and see it through to the bitter end.

Good luck and PM's are welcome as always! x

Well done, but why can't you discuss the terms? Have they made you sign something?

If she answers that, she's discussing the terms. So she breaches her agreement. Please draw your own conclusions?

One week later - the settlement money has finally been received into my account (still were buggers right to the end!). Please remember people to request your terms of WHEN you want your money returned when going through settlement agreements, etc.

The money was in my account last night - hooray!

I won!!!!! and all of you can too.

Any one is welcome to PM / Post if you need help or to air your worries.

  • 4 weeks later...

After winning my charges back for my current account (out of court) I just sent two letters to them again asking for my credit card charges back. Usual letter but added a reminder that I had already successfully gone after and reclaimed my current account charges.

I sent them 2 letters in 2 weeks and today without a word I have had the charges refunded onto my credit card account.

Guess they know its a losing battle now!

Woohoo, I feel empowered!
