The difference you will find is that bailiff's are pursuing GOVERNMENT DEBTS, ie: council tax, magistrate court fines etc. In this respect these are preferential crediors and this is why I am certain that you will not see any 30 day hold on these debts.

 

I would LOVE to be proved wrong...

indeed this is a different kettle of fish, i think you will find this only refers to so called non priority debts
