Hello

I now have all relevant mortgage statements covering the four year period I had a mortgage with GE. It appears there are about £3000 of arrears related charges.

However, I am unclear as to which exact items I can claim back and what I can't (with interest of course).

1) Can I post a scanned copy of the mortgage statements for someone to have a look at? (I don't expect you to add up the figures etc just to tell me what I can and can't for and I'll add up etc myself - thanks. Of course if you want to be extra kind and do the math...)

2) How do I go about posting a link to the scanned statements?

The matrix is intrinsically flawed. Within it is the program for it's own destruction. If you are reading this, you are in the matrix and it's days are numbered...so watch out!

Not a good idea to post personal details. That is of course your choice though.

Hi Tony

I've blanked out names, account no.s, addresses etc. It's literally just the statement showing dates, credits, debits, charges, interest etc.

Hi Vincenta -- how are you getting on?? Have you sent off your prelim yet?? I'm about to take GE on too so will watch your thread with interest. Good luck.

jaxads

Halifax - £2281, successfully refunded all charges after LBA letter & telephone call.

Have been offered the difference between the £20 and £12 charges from Capital One -- am sending LBA for remainder.

GE Money - Received settlement of £441, being total charges requested. No interest though.

CCA'd Bank of Scotland / Blair Oliver Scott to produce CCA Agreements on two Credit Cards - well in default, although still chasing payment!!!

EOS Solutions "ceased action on account" on behalf of a friend.

All in all, quite busy at the moment and enjoying every minute of it
